Each room is being gently restored and we have uncovered some real treats hidden away behind walls and in the attics.
All rooms are delicately furnished to bring the modern and the traditional together ultimately for the benefit of your comfort and enjoyment.
Within the stunning kitchen, There is a four hob gas cooker and electric double oven with a grill, microwave plus a full length Fridge and Freezer and a further fridge for extra food or celebratory drinks!
The large kitchen dining table allows an informal eating space and there is ample crockery, cutlery and glassware for your dining room. A dishwasher takes the headache out of the endless washing up and the kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans and casserole dishes.
The formal front living room is the perfect mix of class and comfort.
Everything from the traditional large gold leafed mirror to the wooden beams keeps this room is wonderfully Victorian. Not only can you relax on the sofas and armchairs, but you can also keep warm by the stove fireplace.
A TV and DVD player provides extra entertainment along with various board games.
In the back lounge you will find a large open fireplace with a basket of wood to build your perfect fire for the night.
There is plenty of wood on the farm to keep you stocked up for your stay, just bring the marshmallows. There is a large TV and DVD player with an assortment of DVDs, plus Manor Farm has wifi with adequate streaming capabilities.
Guests do bring gaming consoles and media devices which are compatible with the televisions and wifi hub.
Complete with a gorgeous chandelier and fireplace, the dining room is the best place for all your lovely dinners!
This room includes a 16 seat Victorian dining table, dinnerware and stunning decor.
A central candelabra allows for candlelight dinners and a cabinet full of tea cups and plate stand is ideal for afternoon tea.
All the first floor bedrooms are light, bright and airy with heaps of space.
There are two en-suite bedrooms with walk in showers. Both rooms have fantastic views over the lawns or the courtyard. A further family room provides ample space for up to three people and each has a settee and television. There are a further two twin rooms on the first floor which are perfect for adults and little ones alike.
All rooms have dressing tables and mirrors plus hairdryers and straighteners can be found in the hallway bureau if required.
Further up the stairs in the attic rooms, are the governess bedroom and her sitting room.
One is furnished with a double bed, the other is a twin room.
These are wonderful rooms up high in the house with both attic windows looking over the courtyard or garden plus roof windows which you can view the impressive chimney stack from!
The family bathroom has a bath with shower and is of a good size.
Perfect for if you fancy a soak in the bath or an opportunity to get all the kids in with a few rubber ducks to clean away the day’s dirt from all their exploring.
